BIG LOCAL BROAD GREEN
WE'RE BIG LOCAL BROAD GREEN, IDENTIFIED BY LOCAL TRUST AS ONE OF 150 COMMUNITIES ACROSS THE UK TO RECEIVE £1 MILLION TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LOCAL BROAD GREEN AREA.
Our Vision is that Broad Green Village will be a vibrant and thriving place. It's people - young and old, are connected, resilient to change and proud to live here. In 2016 Big Local Broad Green was identified by Local Trust as one of 150 communities across the UK to receive £1million to make improvements to the area. It has then been up to the people of Broad Green to decide exactly how to spend that money over the next 10 years.

An elected steering group of local people who live, work or study in the area was formed and we asked local people to tell us what they thought was most important to make Broad Green a better place to live, work or study. After considering this feedback, looking at local data and reviewing our previous plans and consultations we set out our vision for the area and our priorities for the spending of Big Local Grant money.
